    Doubtful the …
Doubtful the changes will stay in place. The whole DCU is a mess thanks to them milking Crisis to death. I have very little interest in the DCU as of late.

    Nuts, one of the …
Nuts, one of the only BFTC tie-ins that I skipped is actually the cool one?

    Does anyone really …
Does anyone really think any changes here will stay in place when Bruce comes back? Those ‘Knight’ series’ at least are the past and all over, but books like BFTC are just a waste of money.

    It is pointless. A …
It is pointless. A giant rehash of Knightquest/Knightsend

    definitely one year …
definitely one year like when superman died

    You are right BFTC …
You are right BFTC is pointless. Good thing I am staying as far away as possible from it.

    Nice DC episode …
    Nice DC episode guys.

I also thought JSA was a little corny, but I still love it. It’s a nice change of pace from all the doom and gloom I read each week. I like how Johns ended on Stargirl (which is the first character he wrote for DC).

What did you think of World of New Krypton #3?

    Don’t be hatin’ on …
Don’t be hatin’ on Pete! He brings his perspective to the show same as the other guys. I like it that usually we get 3 different views on the comics. Sometimes they agree and sometimes not. It’s all good.

    i thought BFTC, The …
i thought BFTC, The Underground was very good. I’ve enjoyed the entire BFTC series thus far…..

    JSA was corny as …
JSA was corny as , but Johns’ run was awesome overall, & he’ll be missed.

Underground had no story, just a bunch of random things happening — I think the editor’s told the writer exactly what to write — which is why it failed.

“Cool things, fun stuff.” How does someone who reads as much Pete have a non-existent vocabulary? It would kinda help to have one, when reviewing/describing things (the point of the show).

    Nightwing will be …
Nightwing will be the next Batman! & Damian will be the next Robin!

    You really liked …
You really liked that battle for the cowl issue? i thought it was corny and poorly done… i, too, enjoyed some of the catwoman bits, but other than that… i mean, i totally disagree with you on characterizations and stuff… i think most of them were very poorly done. The BFTC ish i liked was Arkham Asylum… i think some pretty cool chars showed up there… the ending was horrible, but the whole thing was rather enjoyable. i agree on the Gotham After Midnight verdict though.

    Not even that. We …
Not even that. We all know Bruce is coming back, so the next year feels pretty pointless. Killing off Batman was a big mistake. We all know he’s not really dead. So why bother.

    I’m digging Battle …
I’m digging Battle for the Cowl. After all this R.I.P. “crossover” stuff that was just lame tie-ins, it’s cool to read a crossover that actually feels like a crossover. I think it’s cool that they’re setting up the new status quo for the next year or so.

    JSA #26 obviously …
JSA #26 obviously didn’t have enough Wolverine chopping bad guys to shish-kebab.

    Batman is gonna …
Batman is gonna meet Tony Stark in a wormhole and come back with Ironman Technology to rule Gotham! Ha, didn’t see that one huh…and James Howlett is going to be the new robin! SNIKT! Great show guys.

lol i always love it when pete picks up the issue theyre talking bout cas you know hes got something to say and hes just reminding himself what went on. Its like, uh huh, wait for pete to explode after this reading sequence

I agree with you on …
I agree with you on batman gotham after midnight. The first 11 issues were awesome but 12 was meh.

I have loved jsa even before geoff was on the title. It sucks that he has to leave but I will give the next issue a try. But I doubt it would be be half as good as any jsa boook geoff wrote.

I hate battle for the cowl but when I heard yost was writtng a batman comic I had to buy it. I thought it was aa amazing issue but I still hate battle for the cowl, they should let him write all of them

I haven’t read GOTHAM AFTER MIDNIGHT but i’ll check it out even though BATMAN RIP really put me off reading another Batman comic.

But wheres the KICK and RACL review guys???

JSA 26 was painful straight from page 1.

    I dunno. A lot of …
I dunno. A lot of people think Grayson’s gonna take up the Batmantle, but maybe DC will throw us another curve ball. That’s sort of what Morrison’s run was all about with the, eh… well, just about everything prior to and including R.I.P. and Final Crisis. Gaiman sort of continued that trend. At this point I’m actually hoping for more. Although maybe less… Final Crisisy.
