yeppers. Iron man …
yeppers. Iron man was the leader of shield after nick disapeared. Then there was an alien invasion. Norman Osborne(green goblin) killed the queen and was considered a hero. He was given the keys to Shield and now Iron Man is a wanted man. You should look up Dark Avengers. The iron man looking guy in the middle is Norman. And none of the characters on the team are who they seem to be. (ie venom looks like spiderman and wolverine is actually wolverines evil son)

the white nick fury …
the white nick fury is the original. When the Ultimate universe was created, they made him black. original nick is still in the comics. He’s no longer head of shield (green goblin is), instead he runs the secret warriors.

He’s both. He’s white in almost every Marvel relaity except the Ultimate universe. As far as I know thats the only reality he’s black in. Except the recent movies and upcoming ones, hes black in that too.
